Service Description

As your Business Coach, my role is to: • Come to each coaching session prepared • Devote my full attention to you during the coaching session • Be accessible and attentive to your needs • Provide you with resources and knowledge to establish your business and maintain your business endeavors o This includes but is not limited to assistance with the following:  New hire forms  Service documentation  Policy development  Job descriptions • Offer support, encouragement, feedback, and guidance throughout the coaching • Complete action steps between coaching sessions by deadlines • Assist with developing measurable and observable goals
